Raymond "Max" Rosendin
Head of Acquisitions & Fundraising
Max Rosendin is responsible for the Company's investment activity including acquisition underwriting, due diligence, financing and dispositions. Since 2014, he has been responsible for sourcing and closing over 1,000 units totaling over $135 million in total capitalization. Prior, Max was at The Related Companies’ New York City office in its New York Development Group where he underwrote and structured acquisitions for luxury residential and multifamily development properties in Manhattan. In San Francisco Max served as an Associate for Barry Slatt and oversaw the placement of $750 million in debt.
Max graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Development as well as a B.A. in Economics. He received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate; he was selected as a Columbia Fellow and received a merit fellowship award.
Conor H. Flaherty
Head of Operations
Conor Flaherty is responsible for sourcing and asset management including implementation of property business plans, leasing, and evaluating financial performance. Prior, Conor was the Vice President of Acquisitions for Silver Bay Realty Trust (SBY) in Northern California. His responsibilities included day to day operations, acquisitions, office management, renovations, leasing, and property management. Conor also served as a Manager for Seaview Ventures, LLC, a private real estate company active in the multifamily and distressed real estate investment market whose primary focus is buying and renovating apartment and condominium properties in Northern and Southern California. His duties included managing the acquisition and renovation of its Southern California portfolio.
He is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
James T. Tate
Head of Development
James Tate is responsible for construction management, design and capital improvement strategies. Prior, James was at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey where he worked on the final phase of development and leasing of One World Trade Center. James also served as a Junior Project Manager for Clarke Construction and was responsible for construction phasing, budgeting, plan consolidation and client communications. He also served as a Financial Analyst for Capital Royalty Group, a private equity firm focused on the monetization of royalty streams of FDA-approved pharmaceutical products. He worked on due diligence and financial analysis of more than $250 million in successfully executed transactions.
James graduated from New York University with a B.A. in Urban Planning and Sustainable Development. He received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School with an emphasis in Real Estate.
