Conor Flaherty
Head of Operations
Conor Flaherty leads the Company’s operations including implementation of property business plans, leasing, and financial performance evaluation. Prior, Conor was a Vice President for Silver Bay Realty Trust (formerly SBY) in Northern California. His responsibilities included day to day operations, acquisitions, office management, renovations, leasing, and property management. Conor also served as a Manager for Seaview Ventures, LLC, a private real estate company active in the multifamily and distressed real estate investment market whose primary focus is buying and renovating apartment and condominium properties in Northern and Southern California. His duties included managing the acquisition and renovation of its Southern California portfolio.
He is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
